2 1/4 cups flour
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
8 ounces crushed pineapple ( drained )
2 cups grated carrots
1 large apple ( peeled and grated )
3/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts
3 eggs
1 cup oil
1 tsp. vanilla
