Mother style : Gratin of shrimp and vegetables

2 Tablespoon chicken broth powder
1 broccoli
1 cauliflower
a few carrots
1 crown shrimp or prawns or other seafood to taste 2
tablespoon melted margarine
3 tablespoon flour
3 cups hot milk
grated cheese to taste
STEP 1 Cook the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and 1 tbsp of chicken broth in a pot with water up to tenderness. Can also be done in a Marguerite. Step 2 Prepare the bechamel sauce between-time. In a containing ranging from in the microwave, put the margarine, flour, 1 tbsp of chicken broth and warm milk. Mix well. STEP 3 Put in the microwave a minute at a time, and shake to the aid of a whip all minutes, up to the desired thickness. Use rather of the bechamel sauce in bag if desired. STEP 4 Put the cooked vegetables, shrimp and the bechamel sauce in a flat pyrex ovenproof. Put the cheese on top and broil at 350 degrees F, until the cheese is nicely browned.
