1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
2/3 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter ( softened )
1/2 cup cream of coconut
2 teaspoons coconut extract
2 to 5 tablespoons heavy cream ( whatever you need to obtain the desired thickness )
Ganache:
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 to 3/4 cup toasted coconut for garnish ( if desired )
