Fresh, crisp broccoli, mozzarella cheese chunks, peas, red onion, and crispy bacon with an easy sweet mayo dressing. This mozzarella bacon broccoli salad comes together easily and makes for a great side dish!

2 lbs fresh broccoli, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 block (8 oz) mozzarella cheese, cubed small
1/2 medium red onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 cup frozen peas
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup granulated sugar (or 1/3 cup, depending on preference)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
