This homemade meatloaf is stuffed with mozzarella cheese and wrapped in bacon! It may not score big on pretty looks but it sure delivers the most amazing flavors you could hope for! Plus it's made without ketchup and smothered in BBQ sauce instead.

2 eggs
2/3 cup breadcrumbs
Salt, pepper and smoked paprika, to taste
