With Muffin Mix Pancakes, easily mix up a batch of pancakes in almost any flavor with a little secret shortcut ~ packaged muffin mix!

Place dry muffin mix in a small mixing bowl. Add milk; stir with a fork until well combined. Pre-heat pan over medium heat. Add a small amount of canola or vegetable oil (about 2 teaspoons to 1 tablespoon)...
