3/4 Cup oatmeal to quick cook
1 egg
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cup flour any use
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup blueberries
2 teaspoon sugar or Splenda
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cup flour any use
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup blueberries
2 teaspoon sugar or Splenda
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1-Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix the oatmeal, egg, oil and milk, then let it rest 5 minutes.
2-In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda, nutmeg and brown sugar.
3-Add the dry ingredients to the liquid mixture by folding, so as to correctly moisten the dry ingredients.
4-Incorporate the blueberries in pliant and pour the mixture into the muffin molds fats.
5-In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on muffins.
6-Cook the muffins in the oven for 18 minutes.
