1 Cup sour cream
2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 eggs
2 bananas mashed
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour to bread or any use
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup chocolate chips black (optional)
2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup peanut butter
2 eggs
2 bananas mashed
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour to bread or any use
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup chocolate chips black (optional)
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Mix together the sour cream and the bicarbonate of soda and leave inflate. Meanwhile, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt.
Step 2: During this time, mix together the oil, brown sugar and peanut butter. Incorporate the eggs, then the bananas. Gently, incorporate the mixture of sour cream and baking soda.
Step 3: gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing between each addition.
Step 4: Finally, add chocolate chips and mix. Have the mixture in the muffin molds upholstered in crates in paper.
Step 5: Bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for 18 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
