Mushroom and Swiss Burger Casserole
The flavors of a mushroom and swiss burger are now in a tater tot casserole.
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1 yellow onion, diced
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 pound ground turkey
15 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
black pepper, to taste
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
32 ounces frozen tater tots
Preheat the oven 350º F. Lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
