16 ounces mushrooms sliced ½ inch thick
3 cloves garlic minced
2/3 cup beef broth
1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon fresh thyme (or 1 teaspoon dried)
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
