500 g basmati rice
1 cup Onion, slices
2 tbsp ginger paste
2 tbsp garlic paste
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. coriander
2-3 sticks cinnamon, 2 inches each
3-4 green cardamom
5-6 black pepper
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. mace
3/4 cup Mustard oil
2 bay leaves
6 cups water
1 cup milk
8-10 green chilies
to taste Salt

6 cups water
1 cup milk
8-10 green chilies
