Mutton Paya Mutton Paya or Aatukal Paya is an exotic curry from the Chettinadu cuisine made with goat legs. It is served with idiyappam, aappam or dosai from breakfast.

6 pods green cardamom

1 large onion finely chopped
2-4 Green chilies
2 pieces Ginger
1 1/2 tsp. Kashmiri Chill Powder
4 tbsp. Yogurt
2 tbsp. coriander leaves finely chopped

to taste salt
1 lemon ( juiced )
