Naturally Sweetened Peanut Butter Fudge Smoothie

I love having smoothies for breakfast, but once you start using protein powders or instant breakfast packets, the sugar is on the rise, and with my low blood sugar, I crash 30 minutes later. No good. Honestly not really good for anybody, blood sugar problems or not.

1 to 1 1/2 cups milk (or alternate dairy of your choice)
3 pitted dates
1 sliced, then frozen banana
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon peanut butter
All all of your ingredients into a high powdered blender, we have a Ninja. Begin by pulsing several times to get the frozen banana and dates broken down. Blend until all ingredients are blended together.
