Naughty Hot Toddy Ice Cream Dessert

This is a great recipe that brings the flavors of a hot toddy to an ice cream treat. So tasty!

2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cloves, ground
dash nutmeg
1 cinnamon stick (optional)
2 tablespoons brandy
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 Lemon, juice
1/2 Lemon, zest
1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Spiced Ice Cream:

Add all ingredients to glass bowl and stir.

Place in Freezer for one hour.

Take out and stir.

Check again in 45 minutes.

Stir.
