2 1/3 cups warm water
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. yeast
2 tsp. olive oil
Sauce:
1 (42 ounce) can tomatoes
1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. grated garlic
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 pinches red pepper flakes
salt ( to taste )
3 sprigs fresh basil with leaves
1 1/2 medium onion ( chopped fine )
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
