Typically made with green beans, hard boiled eggs, potatoes, capers, and canned tuna, this variation of Nicoise Salad brings into play fresh, sustainably sourced Ahi tuna, seared and grilled.

2 garlic cloves ( minced )
1 tsp dijon mustard
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 lemon ( juiced )
2 tbsp Flat-leaf parsley ( Chopped fresh )
2 tbsp Tarragon ( Minced fresh )
