No-Bake 'Blue'berry Cheesecake Parfaits

Today I am going to share my husbands very favorite “real” cheesecake recipe. Boy, it sure is a simple but delicious recipe! Way less work and he considers it real cheesecake so I couldn’t disagree. I decided to use this recipe to make cheesecake parfaits for my friends baby boy shower. I felt like a genius when I decided to dye the cheesecake blue to match the party. It turned out awesome! I’m sure it’s not an original idea, but I was proud anyway. So yes, you can dye this cheesecake any color

Graham Cracker Crust Ingredients: (You may have some leftovers)
1 box of graham crackers
2 sticks of margarine, melted
1/4 cup sugar
Blueberry Filling Ingredients:
2 packages of fresh blueberries
1-2 tablespoons of sugar
Cheesecake Filling Ingredients: (tripled the single cheesecake recipe)
3 8oz packages of cream cheese, softened
3 14oz cans of sweetened condensed milk
1 cup lemon juice
3 teaspoons vanilla
