No Bake Breakfast Bars

No Bake Breakfast Bars make the perfect on-the-goal balanced meal for kids and adults. There are no refined sugars, made with oats and almond butter and are addictively divine! Vegan version available.

1 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
1½ cups of oats (gluten free)
½ cup Gluten Free Flour
? cup of honey or maple syrup (if Vegan)
½ cup Almond Butter
1 Tablespoon Apple Juice
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
¼ cup milk chocolate chips
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix. May need to kneed with your hands until oats are fully absorbed with all ingredients. On a baking pan, place parchment paper on it and place your dough on the paper....
