In the summer, I am all about not turning on the oven, how about you? Try this one on for size at your next gathering, and you won’t even break a sweat!

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
1 cup butter-melted
1 (12 ounce) bag chocolate chips
1 tablespoon shortening
