No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola Bites

These Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola Bites would totally be worth turning the oven on for but you won't even have to. They are so simple and yet so good. The combo of peanut butter, honey and dark chocolate gets me every time. They are the perfect sweet treat to cap off a meal without being too overpowering. The presence of Quaker oats makes you feel a little less guilty about eating them too : )

1/2 cup of peanut butter (or any kind of nut butter you prefer)
1/3 cup of honey
1/4 cup canola oil (or any kind of oil you prefer)
2 cups oats
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1/3 cup of honey

1.) In a sauce pot on medium heat, mix together peanut butter, oil and honey. Heat and stir until completely combined.
2.) Remove from the heat and mix in oats followed by your other mix ins of choice....
