Here's a delicious no-bake Christmas tree cookie recipe. The ingredients are suitable for a plant-based or vegan diet.
These no-bake cookies are not only tasty, but they also look very cute. They are easy to make and you don't need a food processor. As always, you can adjust the recipe to your liking.

2 tablespoons hazelnut butter (or another nut butter)
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 tablespoons orange jam (or another sweetener)
1/2 cup oat flour
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
Clove and cinnamon - optional
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/3 teaspoon matcha powder
1 teaspoon powdered sugar (or another sweetener)
2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
20 grams Melted chocolate - optional
1/4 cup Desiccated coconut, seeds and dried fruit
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 tablespoons orange jam (or another sweetener)
1/2 cup oat flour
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
Clove and cinnamon - optional

Mix all the ingredients except for the oat flour and desiccated coconut.
