No Bake Dark Chocolate Granola Parfaits

Clusters of dark chocolate mixed with gooey peanut butter, oats and honey to be super exact. Layered over Greek yogurt and berries. Then topped off with a sprinkle of shredded coconut.

1 cup rolled oats
¼ cup peanut butter
¼ cup honey
½ cup dark chocolate chips

Add in whatever other things you want! For the parfait in these pictures, we used vanilla Greek yogurt, raspberries, banana slices and a crumbed Lemon Honey Muffin.
