Easy no-bake pudding.

For the Base::
200 grams Digestive Biscuits ( Crushed into crumbs )
50 grams Butter ( Melted )
For the Cheesecake Mix::
200 ml. Double Cream ( Whipped to peaks )
300 grams Cream Cheese
180 grams caster sugar
2 Lemons ( Juice and zest )


  1. Lightly grease a loose bottomed tin.
  2. Mix the biscuit crumbs with the melted butter, stirring so all of the biscuit is coated.
  3. Tip into the tin and press down with the back...
