These no bake peanut-based cocoa, coconut, and date balls are a little burst of energy in two bits. I whip these up and store them in the refrigerator and grab and go. It's not always feasible to sit down and eat; most of the time, we are all on the go, so these peanut cocoa balls are the perfect take-along snack. My toddler absolutely loves them. I make them in smaller ball size for his tiny fingers, and he easily feeds himself in one bite, so no mess.
