For the Crust::
1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
7 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
pinch of salt
For the Filling::
24 ounces cream cheese
15 oz pumpkin puree
1 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups whipped topping or whipped cream

- In a large bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, butter, sugar and salt until evenly moistened. Reserve 1/4 cup of the crumb mixture for garnish and set aside.
