This noodles cake is a great way to use with leftover noodles and you can make it as spicy as you want. Vegetable Noodles cake recipe is a tasty and healthy recipe packed with veggies that keeps flavor intact. INGREDIENTS:
1 teaspoon Olive oil
1 cup Whole wheat noodles (cooked)
1 tablespoon Chopped onions
1 tablespoon Shredded bell peppers
½ teaspoon Chopped ginger
2 tablespoons Soya chunks
(2 tablespoons) Bell pepper strips
1 tablespoon Carrots julienne strips
2 tablespoons Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup
2 tablespoons Grated cheese
1 teaspoon Chopped coriander
Salt, pepper to taste
1 teaspoon Chopped ginger
2 tablespoons Moong sprouts
1 cup Egg white
1 teaspoon Olive oil
1 cup Whole wheat noodles (cooked)
1 tablespoon Chopped onions
1 tablespoon Shredded bell peppers
