Nut Brown Ale Beer Bread
Hearty and delicious, this bread is a great complement to a bowl of chili, stew, or cheese soup. Grilled cheese sandwiches will definitely score you some points on game day with this bread, or try one of my favorite ways to enjoy this bread with a hot crab, or artichoke dip.
1/2 cup rye or whole wheat flour
3 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons sugar
12 ounces Nut Brown Ale ( room temp, open just before using )
3 tablespoons butter ( melted )
- Heat oven to 375°F.
