This healthy granola recipe is made using quinoa, pumpkin, sunflower, chia and flax seeds. Ideal to batch cook for a quick breakfast in the morning.

5 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp chia seeds
100 g sunflower seeds
100 g pumpkin seeds
50 g ground flaxseeds
50 g quinoa flakes
