Oatmeal cookie apple crumble is the most delicious Fall dessert. Tender, sweet & tart apples covered in cinnamon and butter and topped with an easy oatmeal cookie crumble topping. Serve it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an incredible dessert.

3 large apples, thinly sliced or chopped small
1/3 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 tablespoons butter, chopped small
1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) oatmeal cookie mix
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1/2 cup chopped pecans
