These Oatmeal Dark Chocolate Cookie Bars are a great healthy snack that doesn\\\'t have refined sugar and flour. And no one will ever know!!

1½ cup old fashioned oats
½ cup whole wheat flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
pinch of sea salt
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
1/3 cup butter, melted or coconut oil
1/3 cup honey
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla
2/3 cup dark chocolate chips *I like Enjoy Life brand
Optional: chopped walnuts, dried fruit
