1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar ( divided 1/4 and 1/4 )
2 eggs

3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. butterscotch chips
8 oz. cream cheese ( softened )
1/4 c. sour cream ( room temperature )
