Obihiro Butadon / Japan
This is a pork rice bowl from Hokkaido, the northernmost part of Japan, a kind of Teriyaki. It's very easy to make and very tasty.
150 grams pork loin ( thinly sliced )
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
0.5 tbsp mirin ( or white wine with sugar )
300 grams cooked rice
30 grams green onion
1.Make a few cuts in the pork.
2.Cook the pork on both sides. Remove.
3.Add the soy sauce, sugar and mirin to the same pan. Cook until thicken slightly.
4.Return the pork to the pan....
