1 package Double 8 Cattle Company Miyazakigyu Wagyu Beef Cubes
4 tbsp. Grapeseed Oil ( divided )
2 cups Okonomiyaki Flour
2 cups Water ( room temperature )
2 pinch Salt
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Shredded Cabbage ( chef used napa )
1/2 cup Green Onion ( minced, divided )
Okonomiyaki Sauce:
4 tbsp. Ketchup
3 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp. Sugar
For Serving - Optional Ingredients:
