This moist Apple Cake recipe is an old-fashioned, easy dessert that has been loved for generations! Studded with bits of fresh apples and chopped pecans, the simple Bundt cake is a perfect fall treat.

Cake:
3 eggs
2 c sugar
1.5 c vegetable oil
3 c all purpose flour
1 t baking soda
1 t salt
1 t cinnamon
1/4 t nutmeg
2 t vanilla extract
1 c chopped pecans
3 c peeled and finely chopped apples
Glaze:
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c salted butter
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
