OLD FASHIONED PANCAKES

Short stack up! Served any time of day, it's hard to beat the flavor of pancakes with maple syrup, bacon, and eggs. This recipe reminds me of pancakes my Grandmother used to make.

1 1/2 cups flour
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons butter ( melted )
  1. In a large bowl sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  2. Add milk, egg, and butter, mixing well.
  3. Allow batter to stand for 15 minutes before cooking.
