A copycat of Olive Garden\\\'s salad and salad dressing.

Salad
1 bag Italian salad blend
5 slices red onion
6 black olives
2 banana peppers
1/2 cup croutons
1 small tomato quartered
freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise with olive oil
1/3 cup white distilled vinegar
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoon grated Romano cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
1 tablespoon lemon juice
