You know that French bread and oil they serve at the more elite Italian restaurants? Well here is my recipe for the oil, and you can make a delicious Rosemary French Bread to go with it It tastes great with French bread and makes a good salad dressing too! Try it next time you have some Italian food!"

What you Need:
4 servings
1/4 cup olive oil
5 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese or Romano
1 tablespoon crushed dried oregano
fresh ground black pepper, to taste

A marinated snack that can be used to replace late night bad habit cravings!

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
