One-Hour No-Knead Dinner Rolls

With some special tips and tricks, this quick dinner roll recipe produces buttery, homemade rolls that pair perfectly with almost any meal. 2 envelopes dry active yeast
1/4 c lukewarm water
1 1/2 c lukewarm buttermilk
1/3 c granulated sugar
1/2 c shortening ( melted and slightly cooled )
4 1/2 c bread flour
1 1/2 t salt
1/2 t baking soda
1-2 T melted butter
