Try this recipe to create a beautiful chocolate sponge cake!

3/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup caster sugar
4 tablespoons golden syrup
1/2 cup self rising flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs ( beaten )
to taste milk
2/3 cup whipping cream
1 tablespoon marmalade
