One Pan French Onion Pork Chops
One pan, Caramelized onions and ooey gooey cheese! What more can you hope for?
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon oil
1 1/4 cups beef stock
4 boneless pork chops
½ teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon dried thyme
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
2 (½ tablespoon) flour
1 cup gruyere cheese or swiss ( shredded )
