This easy and delicious One Pan Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Vegetables includes tender breaded chicken tenders and fresh seasonal vegetables all roasted on just one pan. An easy dinner recipe your entire family will love!

6 boneless skinless chicken tenders (or 2-3 chicken breasts, cut into 2 inch strips)
1/3 cup olive oil
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
3/4 cup plain bread crumbs or panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
For the vegetables:
1 green zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch thick slice, then sliced in half
1 yellow squash,cut into 1/2-inch thick slice, then sliced in half
1 cup grape tomatoes, sliced into halves
1-2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
