One Pan Lemon Basil Chicken and Rice

A delicious and EASY chicken and rice dinner the whole family will love!

For the chicken:
3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 Tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 tsp dried basil
For the rice:
1 Tbsp butter
1 cup uncooked white, long grain rice
2¼ cups low sodium chicken broth
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup freshly chopped basil, divided
