5 skinless, boneless, chicken thigh fillets
Sea Salt to season
1 medium egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
2 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons virgin olive oil
5 tablespoons garlic and herb flavoured tomato paste
2 teaspoons dried parsley
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons vegetable stock powder, divided
10 slices Mozzarella cheese, thin
1 bottle pasta or marinara sauce
