15 oz. bag frozen broccoli florets, thawed
1 tsp. creole seasoning
1 pinch chili powder
3 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tablespoon flour
3 cups skim milk
1 pinch nutmeg
1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish
2 tablespoons fresh or dried parsley
salt and pepper to taste
