One Pot Chicken Chow Mein

Quick and easy and better than takeout!

2 chicken breasts, cooked, chopped *see notes
325g Spaghettini pasta (I used white with fiber)
3½ cups chicken broth
½ cup soy sauce
½ tsp minced garlic
½ tsp salt
1-2 pinches red pepper flakes (more if you like it spicy!)
3 cups frozen Asian vegetable mix
? cup apricot jam
green onions for garnish
In a large pot, combine chicken, spaghettini, broth, soy sauce, garlic, salt, red pepper flakes and vegetables.
