easy, and only one pot needed to make this delicious chicken tetrazzini

4 Tbsp butter, divided
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
2 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup white wine
salt and pepper to taste
8 ounces linguine, broken in half
2 cups of cooked and shredded chicken
2 cups of frozen peas
1 cup of grated Parmesan (plus extra for serving)
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
2 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup white wine
salt and pepper to taste
8 ounces linguine, broken in half

in a large pot melt 2 Tbsp of butter over medium heat
