Made with white fish, cabbage, chili, and fresh tomatoes, this Gambian Benachin rice recipe will delight your taste buds. Its quick, easy, and insanely delicious!

1 Kilo White Fish
1 Large Fresh Tomato (diced)
3 Medium Onions (peeled and diced)
4 Large Carrots (peeled and diced)
1 Small Cabbage (shredded)
1 Litre Water
