1 Kilo White Fish
1 Large Fresh Tomato (diced)
3 Medium Onions (peeled and diced)
4 Large Carrots (peeled and diced)
1 Small Cabbage (shredded)
1 Litre Water
900g Rice
5Tbsp Olive Oil
1Tsp Tomato Puree
? Small Red Chilli (finely diced)
2 Bay Leaves
1Tsp Coriander
1Tsp Cumin
1Tsp Paprika
1Tsp Turmeric
Salt & Pepper
1 Large Fresh Tomato (diced)
