Rich and hearty, this simple one pot jerk chicken curry is a family favourite. Its hard to believe that such as an incredible dish takes only 20 minutes to cook. Made with healthy ingredients like chicken breast, turmeric, pineapple, and Greek yogurt, this tasty meal is good for your waistline too.
2 Chicken Breasts (diced)
1 Large Onion (peeled and diced)
100g Pineapple (chopped into chunks)
1Tbsp Jerk Paste
1Tbsp Garlic Puree
5Tbsp Greek Yoghurt
1Tbsp Olive Oil
1Tsp Coriander
1Tsp Cumin
1Tsp Turmeric
Salt & Pepper
Red Berries (optional)
