Heaven knows I love a good one-pot meal! I mean, it’s quick, easy, and there’s less dishes to clean up (which is always a good thing!). The ranch dressing, salsa, and black beans in this one give it a new twist on the classic one-pot pasta taste in a really delicious way!

1 lb lean ground turkey
½ sweet onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 1-oz package ranch dressing mix
1 cup water
1 15-oz can tomato sauce
1 16-oz jar mild salsa
1 16-oz can black beans
12-oz of rotini pasta
