Needing a simple and quick dinner idea? This One-pot Shrimp Scampi has pasta covered with butter and garlic. It's is easy to make and can be made in under 30 minutes!

8 oz. linguine pasta
3 Tbls butter
2 Tbls olive oil
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. jumbo shrimp, peeled and deviened
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lemon, juiced
2 Tbls parsley
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (optional)
3 Tbls butter
2 Tbls olive oil
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. jumbo shrimp, peeled and deviened
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lemon, juiced
2 Tbls parsley
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (optional)
- In a pot over medium heat, bring water to a boil. Cook the pasta until according to the directions. Drain in colander, reserving ½ cup of water, and set aside.
